STEP 1: CONTACT US
Please call or email to find out how many puppies we have available.  They go fast!  This would be a great time to ask any questions you may have.  Remember, when you are looking for a reputable Australian Labradoodle breeder, they will be happy to chat with you and send you copies of the health tests performed on their dogs.  The Australian Labradoodle Club of America (ALCA) website has a great list of questions to ask.  Go to Australian Labradoodle Club of America for more information on this breed.

STEP 2: PUPPY APPLICATION
You can now fill out our Puppy Application and return it to us. Please click on the link or you can ask us to send you one.  The Puppy Application has a few basic questions that helps us match the personality of the puppies to their new family.

STEP 3: MAKE A PAYMENT
Upon approval of your puppy application, you can make a non-refundable $500 deposit.  The deposit will hold your place on the reservation list. You do not have to decide which puppy is right for you at this time. Once the puppies are born, you may decide that there is not a puppy that is right for you and wait until a future litter.

We accept PayPal, cashiers checks, money orders, and personal checks. The deposit may be made through PayPal but not the remaining balance. We will accept payments on your puppy but the balance must be paid before you pickup your puppy.  Thank you for your understanding on this matter.

STEP 4:  CHOOSING YOUR PUPPY
Once the puppies are born, we will be sending you updates on their progress.  At each exciting milestone, you will receive new photos and videos but it's tricky to know which puppy will be right for you at this point. When the puppies are between 6 and 7 weeks old, they are full of personality and it's decision time. At this point, you are encouraged to visit the puppies and meet their mom. We try to make it as easy as possible to choose your new puppy by doing a personality test. This is a tremendous help in placing puppies in the right homes.  We try to accommodate everything on your wish list such as coat color and gender, but their personality really needs to fit your family's lifestyle.  Once you have decided, then the families further down the list can choose from the remaining puppies.

STEP 5: DELIVERY AND PAYMENT
The puppies will be ready to go home between 8 and 9 weeks old.   The non-refundable deposit of $500 will go towards the total purchase price. The final amount due can be paid at the time of delivery if you are getting your puppy personally.  We can also drive the puppy to your home or meet you partway for a minimal delivery fee to cover gas and any hotel expenses.

If your puppy is being shipped to you, the final payment plus any shipping costs needs to be made 3-5 business days in advance to clear the bank. Shipping via airline cargo is $500. The puppy will have a health certificate from the vet before flying and arrives safe and sound in a carrier. Many people prefer to fly here to pick up their puppy and meet their mom.  Then the puppy can fly home in a carrier under the passenger seat.

We are excited that we can now offer to personally fly with your puppy to deliver him/her to you.  We love knowing that when the puppies fly with us, their every need can be attended to immediately and that they can be comforted by a familiar face throughout the trip.

Your new puppy will go home with a blanket that smells familiar, a chew toy, food for a few days, leash, collar, microchip, and, if they are flying, a carrier and health certificate.  They will be up to date on their shots and wormings.  We work so hard make sure that they receive the love and care of our own beloved family pets.
